ZoomXP reserves the right to terminate or suspend investment accounts at our sole discretion under certain conditions. We are committed to maintaining a secure and fair investment environment, and account termination is enforced only when necessary.

• Multiple accounts tied to one identity for manipulation

3.2. Voluntary Termination

Users may request to terminate their investment at any time by contacting support. A refund of the remaining balance (minus any applicable charges or penalties) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

3.3. Post-Termination Actions

Upon termination:

• All account activity will cease
• Bonuses and ROI will be forfeited if earned through violations
• Personal data will be retained securely for legal and regulatory purposes

ZoomXP reserves the right to take legal action if termination involves significant financial or reputational harm to the company.
